This international manufacture of pumping service and solutions is looking for a Service Technician for their workshop in Sydney’s southern suburbs. You will work with a good team of techs and will service their local and greater NSW customer requirements and on occasions, some interstate customers.
Your main duties will include warranty maintenance and assessment, preventative maintenance and onsite servicing of their pump and sewerage equipment. This is an ideal opportunity for an up and coming technician experienced with rotating equipment repairs to add pumps to your list of mechanical capabilities. They are keen to grow their own talent and are looking for an enthusiastic new addition.
Standard hours are 8am – 4pm but in response to customer site or equipment availability, your flexibility is required. Company vehicles are provided when attending sites.
- Mechanical trade qualification
- Restricted electrical license preferred
- Experience with rotating equipment repairs
- Hold Confined Spaces Ticket desirable
- Forklift license desirable
- Drivers license
- Good communication skills with a customer focus
- Hard working, able to work under pressure, team player
Permanent Full-time role paying up to $38/hr based on experience (occasional overtime with penalties).
